Important Delivery/Collection Information

We estimate to process and complete your order within 10 working days from the date the order is received, during peak periods this can increase, the same applies to orders that are to be collected

Any order that we deliver will require a signature, we will attempt to deliver only once and leave a calling card if nobody is available to sign, your order will then be ready to collect from our premises at your convenience.

We do not call or email beforehand and do not offer timed deliveries, if you wish us to leave with neighbour or in a safe place you need to advise beforehand, please note we can deliver anytime Monday - Friday 9.00am- 5.00pm
